How long is your staff? I have a ridiculously long one that fits in the back of my car (which I can get someone else to drive up this game, so we have more room 
) so unless it's extremely long it should fit easily.
My car (which is me and Crystal Reed, usually) is going to leave from Bryn Mawr around 4pm. There will also be minimum 1, possibly 2 cars with other Winged Victory folks leaving from Elkins Park a bit earlier in the day.

I can recommend taking regional rail too, if you are able, as our office is right across the street from the Bryn Mawr Septa station. And yes, small contribution (or, TBH, buying me coffee
