Supplies Needed for August Event

We need the following:

Sugary fruit flavored drinks
Powdered Gatorade
Coffee
Hot Chocolate
Hot cups
Paper towels
Bleach and Vinegar
Plastic forks and knives
Spices, chief among them vanilla and cinnamon

Service points will be given at a 1.75 multiplier (i.e., $10 gets you 350 vs the normal 200).  If you are interested contributing either the items or money please PM me.  If you commit to money and something comes up, fine, but if you commit to an item and forget it, you will be making a trip during the Event.  I shop at BJs which is about as inexpensive a place as there is.  So far, their quality has been good.

I found the big whisk/stirrer. 
We will be doing a complete inventory on the August Trailer Day.  If you have anything b ut hate in your hearts for us, please send karmic vies for a low humidity day. 

In the trailer, or nearby it, is a green/brown/olive rough cloth zipper pouch labeled "OOG Geoff's Stuff" or something similar.  I use it to turn in the scads of cards, coins, gems, etc. I convert every month into something else, and want to return to Logistics.  If that can be found, and make it back to me, let me know.

I have a decent quantity of Toilet Paper I will try to remember to bring (Picked up WAY too much for my house at Sam's Club.)

Bran and I were already planning on stopping to get some tubs of the powdered drink mixes for this event, so count us in for that. Both to help out and to not feel like jerks over the little Celt Drinking game we were a part of that tapped out the Inn. Are there any particular preferences? Or does it not much matter?

Also, I have a few masks that I was planning on donating if you guys want/need them.

Masks are something that is not in my purview.  As to the others, see my PM.

Geoff -when we do the inventory, I will keep four eyes out for it.

Is there a date for the Trailer helping day?  I would like to come both to help and to see if a cloak I misplaced during the last event made it's way to the trailer either in the costuming or the tablecloth bin (it was just a large heavy black fabric)

Eithe way again I'd like to try and help out.
