In Game Posts

A reminder from the Staff:

We’ve noticed recently that there have been posts on the IG boards made by “random characters, other than a PC”.
This is not allowed by the rules of the forum.
You may ONLY post as one of your player characters and you must have played that character at least once before posting.

If you have recently made an IG post on a private board, by a character other than one of your own PCs, please either remove the post, or change it to be from your PC.

If one of the above is not done within 24 hours to the ones that are currently posted, the staff will remove the posts.
Any future posts will be removed immediately.

May we use the IG skill "Forgery" to post as our characters but disguised to be not such; on the IG boards that is?

Unfortunately Not. As we only allow the use of skills during in-game time, and since Forgery is a Skill, it can not be used in this way.

I ask that the Staff and Deputies consider the factors concerning the logistics of this ruling. If this is the case, a PC who exists entirely in an Alter Ego or completely changes their appearance Permanently/Semi-permanently through sorcery could never post on the board.

There is nothing stopping you from posting IG with a different name. We are specifically asking people to not headline their post with for instance... **OOG: Not Victor** Then signing a non-existent person or NPC persona at the bottom of their post without proper director approval.
