Cost is $24, plus shipping and handling. This price is set by Lulu.com, and is the lowest we can make it for individual buyers.
This is the March 2014 edition of the rulebook, and will be outdated when the next edition comes out. It is generally expected that new editions will be released every 3 to 6 months, depending on how many updates are released.
If someone wants to organize a bulk order, and help finance it, I can get the books cheaper. The price drops to $16 per book, and becomes cheaper at 15, 30, and 60 units. I cannot finance this myself, but if someone else wants to organize and finance it, I can arrange for the discount.
