The Advanced Rulebook, which covers Master & Heroic lists, is available in PDF and HTML format again under the Rulebook section of the website:
www.knightrealms.com/game-play/rulebook.html
A few quick notes:
1) The Advanced Rulebook is listed as "March 2014" to keep it in sync with the Core Rulebook. I'll try to release updates to both of them at the same time from here on out.
2) The current edition of the Advanced Rulebook covers the latest versions of the Master Lists, and the rules that cover learning both the Master & Heroic lists. The Heroic Lists themselves are still being clarified, and will be added to future editions of the Advanced Rulebook as they become available.

Please note: There are many changes to the Master Lists, including how they are learned. Please review them and make sure you understand how your skills work.

When reading the new Master Professions, you may notice a new trait called Combo. Here's what that means:
Combo: This skill is designed to be used in conjunction with other skills or attacks. Skills with the Combo trait are incompatible with each other, but may be combined freely with other skills.
In addition to the appropriate Master Warrior skills, the Swashbuckler skill Feint has the Combo trait.

The prerequisites for the Master Professions are missing, and the old prerequisites for Arch Caster are listed before its skills. (There's also a bit about using Ritual Tools as your casting focus, which is now outdated)

Good catch with the requirements. We'll take care of that.
Ritual tools still exist. They are the Tier 3 option on sorcerer, ceremonialist, and elder.

I was more referring to the fact that casting foci are destroyable by normal means that destroy items, but holy symbols in particular have a specific way to be destroyed, without getting into a whole long thing about why that seems like it shouldn't be the case.
