Now Hiring for Apiary Work

I'm looking for a few good people to work for me at my apiary. This will be a fun, exciting, and possible lucrative opportunity, but it will not be without its risks. Listed below are some qualities that I'm looking for to reduce the risks.
Compensation will be based on quantity and quality of honey recovered and sold. Training & equipment will be provided if needed.

About the work:
A good memory is necessary. You will not be able to reference notes effectively while working.
The bees I keep are easily startled and very temperamental, so for your safety, it is required that you can be stealthy while caring for them and retrieving the honey. Even better if you can camouflage your scent. Honey bees are very sensitive to certain smells.
Should you disrupt the bees, they become very protective of their honey, hive & queen, so the quicker and less invasive you can be when extracting the honey, the better. In case of a swarm, the faster you can flee, the better.

Hey Arradir, I seem to remember you have a fondness for bees. I'm sure all that armor the guard wears would be great help against a few overzealous but small stings.

I’m in the barony between feasts for now to spend time with my family. If you want my help let me know.

I imagine that visiting dignitary status you value so much would become strained even further by volunteering to go after the barony and its guards on a public post.

In case anyone missed what was happening here.

Could an alchemist help? I've heard smoke can put bees to sleep for a short duration if applied carefully. With my alchemical knowhow, I'm sure I could whip up some sort of creation that could accomplish such a task.
