I was thinking of roasting some pork shoulder Friday night in the kitchen for pulled pork.
I can get rolls at restaurant depot on the way up.
Big tubs of potato salad, macaroni salad and cole slaw are also available there
I'd also suggest some sort of vegetarian thing that can be grilled.
Paneer shishkabobs were a hit in the past

Just let me know how many of each thing you want to get, so I can keep the OP updated
Last years veggie burgers and veggi dishes were mostly ignored and ended up in the trash because noone wanted to take them home.
This year I am asking those who do not want whats on the menu to bring their own, and I will be happy to cook it, if it needs cooking. The vast majority of food eaten last year is whats on the menu this year

I'll grab jug of potato salad and 12 dozen hamburger buns
I'll make pulled pork with bbq sauce that can be kept warm at one end of the grill.
I'll also grab a block of cheese slices 5 lbs

Silly question (and i'm still deciding if I'm coming or not) but if we want to help serve, cook, et all, can we do it in character?
