Donations for the BBQ! (2016 Family Friendly Festival)

Hello everyone! We are looking for donations for the BBQ!

Earn some Build! Earn some Service Points!

- We will get the grill going by Noon.
- There will be space reserved in the kitchen refrigerators for BBQ food that needs refrigerating.
- There will be tables set up near the grill for non-perishable food.

Post here what you can bring, the quantity you will bring, and we will edit the OP.


We are looking for:

2 to 4 BBQ Assistants to help Gene and Ian will ALL of the above: set-up, cook, serve, clean-up, and demobilize. -- Charlie +

Ice -- 10 large bags -- Kirsten

8 large bags of Charcoal --

150 Hamburgers --

150 Hamburger Buns -- Diane

5 lbs of cheese slices -- Diane

150 Hot and Mild Italian Sausages (~75 of each type)

100 Hot-dogs --

250 Hot-dog Buns -- Diane

Small box of Vegetarian Burgers and or Dogs --

Condiments --

Assorted finger food....surprise us with your favorites!

1/2 keg of Birch Beer -- Charlie

Paper Plates, Cups, Napkins, Paper Towels, cleaning supplies, and Silverware -- On Camp

5 large watermelons -- May

POT (Potato Salad) and/or macaroni salad -- Karla (Mac Salad)

We will bring 60 gallons of ice (we get it from an ice machine so its not in bags, its in a cooler).

For the assistance donation we are looking for 2-4 people who will volunteer to basically help with all of the aspects of the BBQ station, not just set up or clean up. Looking for 2-4 BBQ assistants. I edited the description of the request to be more clear

I will help set-up, cook, and serve. I will also help shop, if people want me to go to COSTCO for them on Friday.

I can go to Restaurant depot and get the cheese, hamburger and hotdog buns.

I'll bring some desserts - based on temperature it will be
