Blade: I'm sticking with you - by the Velvet Underground. The simple tune and the sense of loyalty plays well.

Fly by Odyssea
Twilight of the Thunder God by Amon Amarth
Hearts On Fire by Hammerfall
stuff like that gets me in the mood to beat things down
for my other character, a gypsy, stuff like the following
start wearing purple by Gogol Bordello
Dynata Dynata by Antique
Dance With the Wolves by Ruslana
Ojos Asi by Shakira
or Homecoming performed by my Uncle Ara
something fun to bellydance and move your hips to... and usually some pirate stuff since she's a Swashbuckler

[snip]
Somewhere on a mountain, by a starry water fountain
In an alcove hid by some trees
Amidst a pile of treasure, reclining at her leisure,
My ladylove sniffs at the breeze.
And sitting up, she adjusts her turban
And takes another swig from a bottle of bourbon
And listening to the whistling of a train at station
Odds are it will never reach its destination.
'Cause the Bandit Queen, astride her steed will ride
O let me be the on to lay within your theivin' arms tonight.
[/snip]
And because I know he won't post it, let me say that I can't get the song "Hungry Like the Wolf" out of my head whenever I think of Lethias Von Ritter...
"Ok we can attack... but if we miss, we'll hit the villagers."
"I'm willing to take that chance!"

As I'm sitting here humming the Last of the Mohicans Theme Song and wracking my brain for my own theme song, I realize, thats it!
It has all of the feelings of adventure, worry and tension. The repeating string parts make me think about never ending vigilance and an inability to look back, on the past or decisions made. It makes me think of the loyalty one must show to a clansman, especially when their are so few.
My two cents...

Hahah... I know Marcus through my brother Josh originally, we hang out sometimes and I played D&D with them for a while (until the game got called on account of conflicting schedules). When they found out I was going to KR they told me to keep an eye out for you originally, but then said you didn't attend anymore.
Well, nice to meet you!

This song so perfectly sums up Kwildar's mental outlook and nature in my mind. It also sums up his personal journey brilliantly and succinctly. Though, any song about unconditional love tends to sum up his demeanor quite well.

Character of the Month
Daniel Brust as Albert
Albert has, for months now, been undergoing a slow, strange sort of alchemy. This month, he really showed how far he's come in one year. During a mod involving the attempted rescue of a pair of children, Albert played a critical role in making sure the newer towns members did not take a death; he was constantly shifting from one fallen body to the next, operating with the cold efficiency that would have made the mercenary troupe in his backstory proud. Despite his best efforts, he was unable to save the children who died in the ensuing chaos. What followed, when he found their bodies, was nothing short of RP gold. All of the players who witnessed him frantically trying to heal them, and eventually breaking down when he couldn't, were stunned into silence. He gave a fantastic performance and left a tremendous impact on the events of the game. We cannot wait to see what else Albert has in store for Travance.
