I think there are federal (or at least state) laws about that...

Is anyone following the NJ case of the woman accused of prostitution for insinuations of sex for world series tickets?  It is a hoot, if it was not consuming so much time and money from real crime.  Her lawyer is taking a novel approach  "Being a slut is not the same as being a prostitute." 

No correlation at all to this, but given the attitude of some NJ prosecutors (Come on, I know we have one in the game, so chime in) I can see hugs being considered a gateway expression of intent.  Sheesh.
