Berks KR Contingent Spring Fling and Cook Out- April 11 (date change from april 4) was created by JTinney (Swordsaint)

Hi all!

with the hopeful coming of Spring brings the return of the Fighter Practice Cook Out! The event is to be held as it was previously at the Compound in lovely Blandon PA.

As before, its a day of food, camaraderie, fun and learning to use that nice sword you have in a more safe and efficient fashion plus rules discussion.

We normally cook on a fire pit but may have a grill for this one- status pending.

Its Pot Luck so bring a dish, beverages (beer is fine), salads or paper/plastic ware.

Contact myself, Leslie McCormack or Bill Schoellkopf with your contribution to this event.

If coming a distance and you have a tent, bring it! We have plenty of space here for them and we do enforce a no drinking/driving policy...

So lock in the date and come on out!

as its been pointed out..... April 4th is Easter Weekend.

Therefore, the date is being changed to April 11th.
