Friday Arrival Time and Set Up
Because we are at Sac in the summertime, there will be a Girl Scout troop there until 5pm. This means that we cannot arrive prior to that. We can arrive and wait behind the fence in front of the building around 4:30 and wait, so we can rush in at 5 to set up.
I need two things.
First, I need people to volunteer to be there around 4:30 so that when 5pm arrives you can rush in with me to set up the inn as quickly as possible.
Second, I need a small handful of volunteers to help me re-organize the prop locker many hours before that. Basically we will be arriving around noonish and between noon and 4 we will be emptying the locker, re-organizing the props into new bins and throwing allot of stuff away. I only need a couple of people to help with that, so send me a PM if you are interested.
