This is just a note to let you all know that we have changed our policy regarding who can evaluate arms and armor. There are no longer separate Arms Marshals. This task can be performed by any Rules Marshal or Monster Marshal.
All arms and armor evaluation should be taking place at the beginning of the weekend while signing in.
