1 is a (Arch)bishop of Galladel that was an NPC - I can't remember her NPC's name, though.

8 is a pair of High Elf NPCs that were part of an event I was not at (I think the Ulerog event run by the Blockus Brothers?). I only remember it because the plot was so well done, but I only heard about about it after the event...
