Rules Update: Drow & Jax Racials was created by GJSchaller (GJSchaller)
The Drow Racial "Stealth" has been changed to be continuous. This brings it in line with the Master Rogue skill of the same name. No change in cost has happened.
The Jaxuarian racial skill "Stalk" has been dropped, and replaced with "Cloak of the Green." The cost of CotG is 5 build (1 less than Stalk was). This prevents overlap with the Druid promotional skill.
