Rules Update: Branded (Dark Elf Racial) was created by GJSchaller (GJSchaller)
The following line has been added to the Dark Elf racial skill Branded:
"This skill may only be learned with prior approval from the Director or Atmosphere Officer, as per the rules for a Restricted Race."
(Previously, any Dark Elf could, by the rules, self-teach Branded at any time they wished, without any form of RP or approval. This was not the intent of the skill.)
