June Event

I'd hate to be "that guy," but financially and logisitically, how is the June event going to work? As in, how much would it cost to go to the whole event?  If a PC were only able to do the weekend of it (Friday Night, Saturday, Sunday), would that affect price or build gained?  Are service points converted?  How many NPC shifts does a PC need to fill, and would that change based on how long they are there (again, if they can only attend the weekend portion)?

The reason I am asking is because I just got renewed at a place I am working as a Temp for now, and am unsure whether or not I can do the first three days, and thus want to just figure it out as soon as possible. I also need to start allocating funds for that week asap with some things coming up in my personal schedule.

If this has already been answered elsewhere, sorry for the repeat question, but can you direct me to it?  I wasn't able to find anything, and it would be much appreciated.
