Festival Info
An in-game description of the one-day event on the 30th will follow later this week. In the mean time I would like to share some oog planning details about the weekend.
- I will be allowing people to show up to the camp Friday after 5pm. Players will be allowed to sign in after 8pm and be in-game and role-play throughout the night if they wish. Plot or NPC activity might be possible at that time, but will not be guaranteed, as the planned portion of the event is Saturday.
- The one-day event will end on Saturday Night no later than midnight.
- On Sunday we will be having a camp workday. Anyone who wishes to stay for this will have the opportunity to be involved with the development of the camp, and gain a build and SP reward for doing so. The Sunday workday has its own full description and will be posted this week as well.

A couple of reminders about the one-day event
- It is being held at Camp Sac, and not at Charlie's residence as they have been in the past.
- You are welcome and even encouraged to actually come Friday night and play and RP through the night. This will also aid us in staring earlier on Saturday to get the most out of the day.

On the Festival Info page, it states that since its a shorter event, the entire event will only count as one period for the use of skills. Since this year's a little different and we're playing later at the camp, will the periods change at all or stay as the info page states?

Yep. Periods will fall as a normal event would.

You said people are allowed to sign in and such on Friday, with roleplay on Friday night. I will be getting there late Friday (around 1-2am) will someone be there to greet and sign in the late comers?

Yes. At the very least, I will be either at logistics or at the Inn, so you can find me easily if no one is at logistics to sign you in.

A message from your friendly neighborhood Kitchen Marshals:
There will be some food provided later in the day, but it will not be a sit down feast. What this means for you guys is that you should plan on bringing food to eat or share. We are asking if anyone wants to bring food like we do for the Moresca Ball, do so. We also have the dessert contest so show off your dessert talant.

Will Fates be accessible for the festival since it'll be somewhat longer than a regular festival?

More Festival Details:
* If anyone is willing to help set up, I can use some help on Friday at 5pm. I also could use a hand prior to that, going through the trailer a bit. If you are interested in helping early let me know.
* Because it is technically a one day event, and because clean up needs to be much easy than a full event, the camp will not be set up the same as it usually is. The Inn will be set up a tiny bit lighter. The tables will remain in the same position, as they are needed for the day camp. The guard barracks building will be out of game and I will be allowing the photographer to set up his area there.
* For those who will not be arriving until Saturday Morning, please try very very hard to get to the camp by 10AM, and before Noon. Noon I intend to try to get some things going, which might make it more difficult for me to sign people in.
* Schedule of Activities
For those of you who are interested in keeping a schedule, below is a rough timeline of when major events will take place:
Noon – 2PM: Fishing Contest
2 – 5: Capture the Crown
5 – 6: Some Food and Desert Contest
6 – 8: Man Hunt
Fates - Im not sure if we will have the manpower to do fates. If we do, than we will do it.
