Pledge question

Does anyone know how much build a Ritual of High embedding uses toward a magical item received from a pledge, trying to plan out my item and have no clue.
and could i use ritual of high embedding multiple times on a pledge magical item for instance    Resist/windwalker  Resist/invisibility.

Generally, it has been going off of the MP cost of the spell, slightly elevated. A Resist would cost you somewhere between 6-10 build-points, whereas as Windwalker would cost 6-8 build-points.

It has been generally allowed to build the item in slight violation of the magic item creation rules, meaning multiple skills or spells in a single item.

Each case is different, and is best discussed with James directly, keeping in mind the generalities I mentioned.

Going off the original question, what about other Sorcery effects? For example, getting +1 or +2 magic or elemental, Bane, or things of that nature. How much build from the pledge items would those cost?

A rough estimate would be 10 build per +1, slightly more if you're looking for something like +3 Magic Fire.
