Needed for December Event

The following are needed:

Spell packets  750 promised to date

Red Eyeliner pencils

700 plastic forks

700 plastic spoons

3 canisters of Hot cocoa

6 canisters of sugar drinks, preferably Pink lemonade, Gatorade, and raspberry iced Tea.

Long kitchen matches

Heavy duty paper plates

Paper bowls

Hot cups, paper. Claimed

Plastic measuring cups and spoons  Claimed

Ceramic coffee mugs

We have two people who regularly bring coffee, toilet paper, and paper towels.

Not counting the eyeliners or coffee mugs, the toal needed in dollars is around 125.  I usually buy them, as BJs and Giant have excellent prices.  If you want to commit to reimbursing for some of the above, message me.  You will get SPs at a 35:1 ratio.  Folks, I need the SPs like a moose needs a hatrack, so do  not be shy.

Charlie, unless this event there was a short order on them or they were otherwise hidden, can I request that we have extra hot cups for December? It seems we ran out of stacks for the NPCs to use in Logistics around 9 or 10pm, and there was still a long cold night ahead of them. Thanks so much!

Will do, Kristen.  As I was not at October's event, I did not have an inventory from which to work and only brought one package of 180.  Will double it this time.  Does logistics have its own hot water service?

Is that 35 SP per 1 dollar? Also, just to clarify, Charlie, are you saying you will buy all the stuff, and we reimburse you the money instead of everyone buying things individually?

Yes on the ratio, and I have no problem with others buying things, but unless you shop at a discounter, like Sam's, BJs, etc. or have an arrangement with a retailer,  you will not be buying as cheaply as I do.  Certain people always bring some suplies, Katie O brings toilet paper and paper towels and Sam M. brings 3# of coffee and at least one canister of sugar drinks, which is why the former and the coffee are not listed.

To clarify - yes, he does the work, and you reimburse him and get the SP.  This is the most efficient way to get the shopping done, and at the best prices.
