To Those Traveling to Alok Malagan
If you are among the group of people who stated they would be leaving Travance Proper and heading to Alok Malagan, let it be known that while the game approves of this action to help you all further your roleplay, that this mechanic in no way prevents you from playing your character! During the Baronial Feast every Travancian who is serving on the Front Line of the Alok Malagan War Effort will be given leave to return to Travance for supplies, and then would return to Alok Malagan after the feast.
This is important, you are in no way being told that by your actions you can not play your PC. You are absolutely welcome to do both of these things.
