Rules Update: Weaponcast & Steady Shot was created by GJSchaller (GJSchaller)
The following text is added to the Arch-Caster skill Weaponcast:
"When used with Steady Shot, weaponcasting requires a 20 second count, as if it were a lower list skill. If the weaponcast spell is modified by a higher list ability, the count becomes 30 seconds, as if it were a higher list skill."
