Land System delay this month

Matt and I hit some small delays while processing the land system stuff this month. It will still be done before the event though, so, everyone who submitted Civil Actions for this month don't worry if you don't get an email with the result of your action until Thursday night/ Friday morning.

I will be leaving for Sac at 10 on Thursday and being a Luddite, do not have a phone internet connection (nor do I desire one).
