Forums software update

An update has been made to the software that runs the Knight Realms (and KR family) of forums. While it won't change what you see, or how they work on a functional level, a lot of little issues under the hood should be fixed (items being marked as read, who's online, etc.).

I've taken a quick test drive on the desktop, mobile, and Tapatalk versions of the forums. If you run into any issues, please let me know by posting here, and I'll take a look.
