Plan your travel accordingly. Try to get to camp before 6 if possible, or be warned there will be delays (more than normal) headed up 15 on the way in.
The New York, Susquehanna & Western Railway will be doing maintenance on the railroad crossing on Route 15 near Layton Lane starting at 6pm on Friday and continuing until about noon on Saturday.
Detours will be established at Houses Corner Road for traffic heading Route 15 south. Northbound traffic will not be detoured, however motorists should expect heavy delays during the course of the project.
Motorists are urged to take alternative routes or allow for a considerable amount of additional time in which to reach their respective destinations.
The Sparta Township Police Department will be on scene providing traffic control.
