Reporting Problems with your Card was created by Gunnar Gunnarson (jhines0042)
The Card System has received an upgrade that should help us resolve any card issues more efficiently.
When you use the Report a Problem link on your card it will still email the appropriate staff members for you, but now it will also open a problem report in the database. You will be able to see comments that are made on your problem by the staff as they resolve it and once the problem is resolved you will see that it has been marked that way. Once the issue is resolved you will be presented with a button to hide your problem report so that it doesn't take up any screen real-estate anymore.
If you have an questions, concerns or find any problems with the way this new feature works, please email me at development@knightrealms.com
And as always if you find a problem with your CARD, please use the Report a Problem link and the new process should help get your problem resolved quickly.
