Item Conversions and other things

As some of you may know, I have been away since February 14th (ok, I was home for two nights last week before heading out again) chaperoning trips with my students. In addition, I have just started the play rehearsals for my school's play which goes off at the end of April.

Now, why are you telling us this? Because I haven't been getting back to people lately, and I wanted to explain why.

What does this mean? I am back, but still busy. As a result, I will try to tonight get to all my e-mails first, then my PMs.

In addition, Friday from about 9pm - 11pm I will meet with people about their items, and again Saturday from noon-4pm. I MAY be available earlier than that, but I wanted to have dinner Friday night, and breakfast Saturday Morning, and wanted to leave myself enough buffer time.

Who should we talk to about changing our armor cards in light of the new rules? Do we need to go to you for that too? I'd hate to bog you down with it.

Any Logistics Marshal or Smith could help you re-evaluate your armor.

I will try to set up shop in the Inn before Lay-On, to do upgrades for MUNDANE items only. Bring me your old card, and I will swap it for a new one.

Matt D (Rayven) is willing to help with changing out mundane cards as well. He will be logistics or the barn till midnight.
