I am going to need some volunteers to help me set up on Friday at 1:30pm. Ill need at least one or two vehicles that can help transport the props from the nearby storage locker, and then some extra hands to help me set everything up fast.

A request from the Kitchen Staff:
If someone who is there early can wash the Inn bottles, fill some with water, and put them in the Fridge, they will be cold when setup is done and everyone needs cooling off, and also be cold for the event when it starts.
