Reminder about NPC duty was created by Tim P (OrganicGolem)
As a reminder to all players, you should never be brining belongings with you to logistics during your npc shift. This in particular means weapons, armor, costuming or anything that could even be confused with items that belong in logistics. The space behind the desk should be reserved for the marshals on duty only, or items being held active marshals.
NPCs should be ready for duty at the start of their designated shift. Coming in your characters garb rather than in the requested non-descript clothing means that you did not come prepared, and you will be asked to deposit your items in your own personal space. This does not give you extra time to do so, if you are late because you are not dressed appropriately for your shift, you are in fact just late for your shift.
To reiterate: The only thing you should bring to logistics for your shift is things you need to NPC, anything else will cause the marshal to ask you to deposit it and potentially make you late for your shift and face the consequences of that action.

Tim P,

Since the April Event, when NPCs were asked to bring our own phys reps to main mod, due to the large influx of new players, I've made it a habit of bringing my generic phys reps to NPC duty in case they are needed (leaving the item cards in their place in my bunk space). There hasn't been an event where they haven't come in handy at some point in the shift. Should I refrain from doing so?

That would fall under the category of things that help you perform your npc shift. However it should be noted that if you are bringing in your phys-reps for NPC use, that you are responsible for keeping track of them. The thing that needs to stop is when people come to their shift with their weapons and don't want them used, so they ask them to be stored for their shift.
