Hey all - the Kitchen is really short handed this month, and we could really use some assistance with feast preparation. Marie will be doing some preparation after 10 PM Friday night and the rest Saturday after 2 pm. If anyone would be willing to help at either time, it would be greatly appreciated.

Please let me or Ree know if you are willing, and when you can help, or come see us in the kitchen after lay on.

I can help out, exactly what is needed?

I was planning to sign up for the 10PM NPC shift, so maybe I can help in the kitchen at 2?

Mostly it will probably be peeling and cutting potatoes, cutting tomatoes, and helping cut, mix and plate stuff. Ree will be able to explain more specifically. 2 on Saturday is perfect!!
