Reminder that I'm bringing two hot dishes:
- Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian casserole (try it even if you're a meat eater). This dish uses a cheese substitute, and coconut oil and coconut milk. This will be in a chafing dish with burners and does not need electricity.
- Avgolemono, a Greek chicken-and-rice soup that is flavored with lemon (gluten-free but not dairy- or meat-free). This will be in a slowcooker; I will bring an extension cord just to be certain.
Both dishes will have detailed information on sheets of paper I will bring with me.
I can bring a spare folding table if need be.
For the benefit of anyone reading this thread: My mother has the worst case of celiac I have ever even heard of, and I spent my late teens and most of my twenties cooking for her. I guarantee my dishes to be gluten-free when they arrive on site. I cannot stand over them to ensure no further contamination (though I expect none and do not live gluten-free myself, my mother's condition made me paranoid about gluten contamination, so I feel obligated to mention this). However, IF YOU NEED IT I will set some aside for you to be absolutely certain!
