Hello!
As the subject says, any monster/logistics marshal can now sign off on bank transfers anywhere. You do not have to go to logistics.
Please be respectful of what the marshal is doing at the time. Also, the marshal cannot sign for a transaction to/from their own bank - it must be a marshal that is not involved in the transaction.
