In Memory of Morgan Kaylee M.

It is painful to lose a member of your family.  Knight Realms felt such a loss when Morgan left us a short time ago.

I would like to announce that from January to April, Knight Realms will be working with the M. family to start a scholarship in Morgan's name.  Our aim is to create a scholarship for a culinary student in Morgan's name and will most likely be established at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY.  I will be working with her friends and family to try and make the scholarship all that they envision it to be in Morgan's memory.

As with any charity fundraiser we sponsor, we will give 100% of the proceeds to the causes we support.  Morgan's scholarship fund will be no different.  I would ask that anyone of our members that can afford to give, give as much as you are able.  I will be collecting at check in, and when possible, market faire each month until April, and then turn over the funds we raised into the scholarship fund.  

I look forward to helping her parents realize this dream.  It is very important that this happens for them and I want to try and make it so.

Donations at the March event went well.

I would love to see what else we can raise at the April event to finish strong.  A couple of people have said they would make lump sum donations.

I will offer you this.

Whoever makes the largest donation will get an in-game bonus of some type.  The final details have to be worked out between James, the Staff and myself on limits, but I will get together with you (the high bidder) and James and we will come up with something big!

I will be accepting donations for the last month of the Scholarship fundraiser at Logistics during April sign in only!  Come by if you can and donate.

Morgan's Father will be a guest at the feast and we will announce what we have raised through both Morgan's family and the KR family for her memorial scholarship.

I am pleased to let everyone know that the members of Knight Realms and friends of the McGinnis family were able to raise a combined donation of $6,133.00 for a memorial scholarship in Morgan's name at the CIA. I hope everyone is as proud as I am that we were able to come together for such a meaningful tribute to her memory.
