American Legion, May - August '12 Fundraiser was created by Shiver (Shiver)
Our next Fund Raiser will be supporting the American Legion Post 132 in Newton, NJ.
"The American Legion was chartered and incorporated by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic veterans organization devoted to mutual helpfulness. It is the nation’s largest veterans service organization, committed to mentoring youth and sponsorship of wholesome programs in our communities, advocating patriotism and honor, promoting strong national security, and continued devotion to our fellow service members and veterans."
The services provided by post 132 are the Office Of Veterans Services, Department Of Veterans Services, Veterans Messenger Service, Veterans Administration Services and Veterans Social Services to local Veterans in the area.

1st Prize: The ring box of Countess Blaze
Description- This item is a small ceramic ring box topped with a bust of a noble woman. The ring box is an unbreakable item that radiates a strong aura of magic.
Properties- At the start of each event, a ring is placed within the box. When the box is opened, the ring is enchanted with one of the following enchantments for that event only:
1-30) Ring of Vitality - 20 healable body per period, ignore poisons x2 per period and resist x1 per period.
31-60) Ring of the Ethereal - Invisibility x2, Displacement x2 and Blink x1.
61-90) Ring of the Elemental Shield - Fire shield x1, Ice shield x1, Earth shield x1 and Lightning shield x1 per period.
91-99) No magical effects are granted this month.
00) The invoker selects the ring of their choice for that event.
Player must roll for ring in presence of a Rules Marshal at the start of each month to reveal the nature of the ring for that particular month.
This item is permanent.
2nd Prize: Chain of the Chieftain
Description- This item is a gold chain of crescents and orbs.
Properties- Instinct as druidic spell 4x per period, Bark skin x2 per period and shield of the elemements x1 per period.
This item is a sacred non-arcane talisman and its properties are considered to be permanent in nature.
3rd Prize: Eye of the Seeker
Discription- The item appears as a large, smooth green gemstone.
Properties- The gem gives the bearer keen senses x2 per period and gift of the predator x2 per period skill as per rulebook.
This item has a 6 month enchantment and can be extended.
