Could it be possible to have the September event on the 12th weekend or sooner? I am hoping to study abroad about that time.

The event is scheduled for September 05, 2008 - September 07, 2008.
You can find all the scheduled event dates under the "Calender of Events" if you have any other dates you need to check on.
