OK, new policy:  Geoff pays for shipping.

Because I get an incentive (in credit towards a custom sword) for managing the group order, I am going to pay for shipping for everyone in on this order.

(Plus, this will make the math a heck of a lot easier when I total things up, since shipping won't be known until it ships.)

Ah, being a nice guy coupled with enlightened self interest adds up to a good deal for all concerned.
