If you wait it out you will most likely be able to get something similar to that at the mall. Goth is going to be huge in the fall and spring of 2010. But whoever you can find to make it here will proberly make a nicer product then you can find at the mall for the same price.

Just trying to think of cheap ways to reproduce since no party stores keep skeletons in stock
may just dig up a corpse....

1. Goto halloween store and look for glow-hands/gloves with the light up fingertips.
or....
1. Goto Halloween store and buy large plastic skeletons hands.

2. Cover hands in aluminum foil or spray paint them silver.

3. Iron foil to lose creases or let dry and then apply lacquer coat/varnish for a nice finish.

Try that out...
