The best place to look is on the Web Links part of the website, under "Resources" to the left. That has links to just about anything you need - latex weapons, garb, etc.
Bows - I'll personally recommend Bowstick Archery at www.bowstick.com - they make some simple 20# bows that are great for KR. For arrows, check out Knighthawk Armory's selection at: www.latex-weaponry.com/if_epicarmoury.html
