P.E.B. glow wire was created by Bladesworn (Bladesworn)
I am planning on getting a length of white (or light blue) glow wire to represent my P.E.B. when it gets invoked.  Anyone who wishes to also get in on an order, please PM me.  So far, the cheapest I can find for a decent length is $60 USD for 30 meters of wire.  I am still shopping around to try to find cheaper as well as find a local distributor/retailer who may have some on-site/on-hand.

Edit: These people make glow rope and sheets.
