I am looking for a war horn, not a drinking horn (which seems to be the only thing I can find) a horn to rally people. I am a very bad screamer so I was thinking something like that could help. If its allowed.

Conch shells work fine and are relatively inexpensive. Then there are shofars...,

"Ok we can attack... but if we miss, we'll hit the villagers."
"I'm willing to take that chance!"
Things I am no longer allowed to do in an RPG :
31. The backup trap handler is not whoever has the most HP at the time.
73. Not allowed to name my cudgel Ceremonial Whoopass Stick.
74. My thief's battle cry is not "Run And Live"

I was going to suggest a shofar too. Liam (or was it Frank?) uses one....

War horns are definitely allowed, they are hard to find though, afraid I can't help you. I'd try the internet.

I worked with this company last summer at the Sterling Renaissance festival. They are a jousting company, but also make drinking/blowing/combination horns for sale as well. I own one of the combination horns and I love it. It has a great sound to it and it holds a decent amount of liquid. Plus it's loud, as a war horn should be. They are made of African bovine horn and are of fine quality. The horns are a popular buy at the Sterling Faire, and for good reason.

I do what I can. And hell, if all else fails, find me on the battlefield. I'll yell for you, heh. But yeah, the prices on them are pretty reasonable, plus they look nice. I'll be bringing mine to the July event, so if you're there, you can see what it looks/sounds like so you can get an idea of what you'd be looking at buying. I'm a big fan of making an informed decision about buying things.
