From experience at my other LARP, I can't say I've ever seen arrows quite that inexpensive. Usually they go for around $14.99 for a half dozen around here. You can get them fairly cheap at Wal-Mart sometimes when they have them about $1.50 per individual arrow, but that's the best I've seen.
Now, on a positive note, if you don't need any particular fletching color, I have four red/black feather fletching arrows I acquired somewhere along the lines at Amtgard that I've no use for. You can have those if you like.

That's correct. Bran and I hail from the same town (roughly). You can grab the arrows from us in September.
