Tina, because Green is usually on an "as-needed" basis (that is, only if you have a real-life medical need), they won't be as popular as the others. *Everyone* needs a Blue / White, and Red / Yellow is a good combo for characters who like to do sneaky things (those colors mean that you are "hidden"). But Green just won't sell as well.
If you are ever pre-making kits, the B/W, Y/R combos are the best - Greens are best sold individually. Remember that they need to be easily visible from a distance, as they serve as a visual status during the game!
