While researching a gift for someone else, I came across Shapeways - a website where you can order 3D printed items on demand. If someone can design it for you (or you have the skills to design it yourself), they can print it for you - in plastic, sandstone, or even metal (!).
Two people drew up Kaladoina Cuff Links for me:

They should be able to take the artwork from the Sigils page, and make more of them, if you ask nicely.
There's also a ton of other fun stuff on there - go have a blast!
