I might be trying this method out. Can't make double-sided ones, but they're cheap, supposedly durable, compact, and easy to put on/take off. And honestly, will it kill me to carry two more headbands? Supposedly can get at least two out of a pair of tights, and, depending on the size you need, might be able to get more than that.

Don't use spray paint!!

They have glow in the dark fabric paint! You will sweat and the paint will rub off.

The good news is, it was just my hand (tendinitis, I feel your carpal tunnel pain) so I could body protect it and take hits otherwise, but I was point and click damaging. Very few players could tell what headband I had.

While an excellent idea, I did start looking in to it and dealing with battery packs is going to to be the most difficult part...unless you knot it in to the back of the headband itself or have some kinda system where you can velcro it to your shoulder, but then we gotta worry about the wires getting caught in tree branches or something similar.

Keep in mind that glow-in-the-dark is not permanent, as well.

I spend hours of my life backstage. I know how often you have to charge glow-tape, and it ain't fun/worth the effort in this particular situation. At least, that's how I feel.
