It can be both a Market Place for IG and OOG money - Please read this post to understand what that entails if you plan to sell things at Knight Realms:

Alright, seeing as how each bangle pair isn't worth that much, it seems I can sell them either way, so judging by the rules, for things like my bangles, if I put up I was selling them to ship from home it'd be ok for oog money only. And if I brought a few to sell at KR it can be either oog or ig money?

I would say that is a correct assessment. :)

Alright, if that is a correct assessment, I should provide more information about the bangles:
I made these bangles for a makeshift costume for FairyCon. Next year I'd be looking for dull colors to wear for the New Jersey Renaissance Kingdom. Each bangles can either be wrapped around the arm or around the waist/hip area.
The bangles are made with shiny satin ribbons, my current colors are:
pink,
pale bright blue,
pale pink with golden edges,
pale bright blue with golden edges,
pale purple,
deep purple,
dark blue,
pale pink,
pale orange,
bright blue,
red, blue,
black,
deep purple,
hot pink,
and green.
Each bangles can come in a combination of jingly goodness:
Single Coin
Two Coins and one Bell
Three Coins
Five Coins and Two Bells
Arm bangle pairs start at $1.50 a pair without haggle, and hip bangles start at $2.50 each. Shipping would be $1 per set of 6 items, so if you bought 36 bangles, it'd be $6 to ship. More colors could be available upon either popular request, or bulk request (orders of 6 bangles or more). Pictures of ribbon colors avalible upon request.
Bangles make for a good gypsy and reveleer, hyper hyper reveleers. :)
((What do you think?))

I think part of the problem is that no one knows what they look like, either by seeing them in person or through photo. It is notoriously difficult to sell small accessories "sight unseen".
Perhaps if you could provide photos, or were able to bring them to an event to be sold in person, you would recieve more interest. Hope that helps some.

Ok, here's samples of ribbon colors (keep in mind, my list of ribbon colors is huge and I'd rather not destroy the bandwith to put up all samples, the idea of requests for specific colors would still be up):
Here's the picutre of the bells and coins:
Here's a bad pic of how they look togeather (this is the reason why I dind't want to put up pics, it looks took skinny):
