What the above two posts are saying is that this is the kind of thing you will need to find out by playing the game. "Find out IG" is shorthand for "This is a part of the game that you can only find out by playing."
A lot of the fun of the game is actually discovering these things in game - there's not a guide / cheat sheet to tell you these things, you need to discover them on your own.
