Yeah I remember that much, but I think I want to get the stuff before hand, most of my clothing is in shreds haha. About latex weapons, I don't know, long swords that fall into that price, preferably light weight. I will check out the links later when I get home tonight, just wanted to know if anyone has some good experience with certain merchants than others really.
Thanks again :)

I'm a dedicated Moresca fan, and their website just got put back up, but I dont know if that would get a little too pricey for you - also, their men's selection has been as good as it used to be.  Either way, www.moresca.com .  Otherwise, it will depend for what exactly you are looking for.  Moresca is more fancy, but there are certainly other good merchants out there for simple men's stuff.  Since it looks like you still plan on playing Victor, you might be best off buying some cheaper basics, maybe off Ebay, and investing in some hard leather armor to accessorize - good AP and costuming for a warrior. ;)

I still really do suggest Son of Sandler for boots - Mine were $250, but they never get water in them and they have been super durable for the 4-5 years of heavy abuse I've given them.  If you plan on spending a chunk of money, I'd put it into boots - while you can spend less for a pair, and have them be functional, the quality (both to your costume and in construction) and durability will be sorely sacrificed, imo.  I haven't seen anything for less money that have met their standards.

You have a lot of choices for weapons.  Everything in the links page I'm sure is pretty good.  For the amount you want to spend, you probably want to stay in country.  Otherwise, I'll always advocate www.eldritch.com , but they have been so reliable for me I really can't do otherwise.  But like I said, theres a lot of good out there right now - you're probably better off asking is a specific company isn't any good, than vice versa.

That was a lot of info, I'm sorry!  Hope something is helpful, and it will be great to have you back!

Thanks a lot! I was just checking through the links and found that sons of sandlar now has a website which is fantastic, so I think I will go with boots, and perhaps some other leather pieces, I can just use those to cover up my worn down garb haha :)

Thanks again for your time!  ;D

There's a few people who can bring latex weapons to the events to sell them - I'll actually recommend Charlie  / Geezer as being a fair and decent dealer, given he offers the Forgotten Dreams line (which is nice) at below retail prices.  People may not like dealing with Edwin IG, but Charlie's a good chap.
