Cool, good to know.
I had one last question (for now) about NPCing. I know that it's preferred to have basic garb (no problem there), but we wanted to know if the people doing straight NPC work are bunked apart from the in game PC's or if it's still advised to bring blankets to cover up sleeping bags. With the amount of work people put into this game we want to do what we can to blend in and I know that in a lot of campsites you only have so much room to arrange people.

3 of us are from the DC Metro area, myself I'm in the Mountains west of DC. But given ample notice we are all more than willing to work with you on car pooling, with enough notice of course.

In Logistics there are bunks in a second room. However I have seen NPC's sleeping in Kaladonia. (They were basically commoners, they still slept In-Game like PC's). So I guess it's up to you. I would double check with a Rules/Monster Marshal when you get to KR to make sure, but if you do stay in a tent or not, please bring a blanket(s), not only to cover up a sleeping bag, but it's going to start getting cold at nights(and some PC's might like the extra blanket for warmth any way). Also I don't know what you mean by "straight NPCing". If you mean full time then you can sleep in the second room(I've done it myself). But if your a PC on your NPC shift, you can't sleep during it.

True but that doesn't usually happen; does it?

You don't PC or sleep on your NPC shift - you NPC. Unless there's a medical reason for you to be asleep, in which case you're sleeping OOG.
If you NPC all weekend, you can sleep in the Logistics area. If you wish to sleep in an In-Game area, you are welcome to as long as you don't disrupt atmosphere. A good way to do this is to ask the Monster Marshal on duty if you can get an NPC card for a farmer or other commoner, and play that role as getting a room in the Inn, and going to sleep. Note that this is an NPC role, and if you volunteer to NPC all weekend, you may NOT play you PC, even to go to sleep, or "just to learn a skill" or such.
Conor, please don't answer questions meant for the Marshals to answer. "I have seen..." is not an appropriate answer to how the game works. Let a Marshal answer the question. I know you're trying to help, but in the end, you wound up causing more confusion with your answer.
