Hi everyone. A friend-of-a-friend told me about this and I was interested to check it out, so it looks like I'll be joining the festivities this weekend. I've played D&D for a while but I've never been in a LARP before, so this is a new experience. I look forward to getting into it.

It's good to see you're willing to check it out. I'm Steve, and normally I'd be the guy to help you write up your card, but I won't be arriving till a little bit later on the weekend. Everyone around is pretty helpful, and if you have any serious questions, you should post up on the Rules/Realizing the Character forum. Also, Chris Goley, our New Player Deputy, should be around pretty early to help out if you have some questions once you reach the camp.

But don't worry about just having to track down only him, there are plenty of Marshals who will be glad to help out. Hope to see you this weekend!

It's good to be helpful, Conor, but he'll still need the person who is creating new character cards for players to fill it out correctly and to sign it.
