For what it is worth, I am fairly good with some accents and could try to help you out a bit when you come if you like. I happen to play a Celt and will be bringing a Gypsy character into game in June. I won't claim to be the best, but I'd be more than willing to try to help you with it if you like.

My character doesn't have an accent, but one idea I came up with to help could be to look up romanian (or any accent) on YouTube. Listen to how it sounds and try copying it.

I've kind of done this myself, only it wasn't for an accent... It was for wolf growls If we meet IG you'll understand why.

I plaly a Gypsy Cleric who Collects Names. Start talking to any of the accented gypsys and you'll catch the accent!

Considering how I am bringing a gypsy in in june (he will be hard to miss) I have been working on the accent, but the accent i use is a mix between French, Russian, and Spanish with a little bit of middle east thrown in. Best way to learn though is try to emulate the accents that you hear.
